I'm going to print it directly onto a TPU, no need for an intermediate step. The printer head will move rapidly back and forth, depositing tiny droplets of ink onto the surface of the chip to create the desired pattern. This process is similar to how traditional printers work, but with much smaller lines and greater precision due to the nature of the TPU material.
