This is a lightened version of the previous, with the 50mm recess housing removed (not needed per recent comment) and expanding the external flange radii to try an alleviate some machine issues. Mass: 815g (was wasting hours to get sub 800g, and was losing strength) Analysis (forces identical to previous submittal - 125 LbForce / 556 N each bar, full down and forced turning) Safety Factor: 2.0 +/- 0.1 (mesh refinements) Von Mises Stress @145 MPa, (concentrated at transitions while twisting)
