AM8 - Y Rod Holders For 360mm Long Extrusion

These are a modified version of pheneeny's Y rod holders. If you choose to use longer extrusions along the Y axis, you might need a different rod mount design. I am using 360mm long extrusions which leave only 10mm clamped in the current holders. I split the holder and moved the clamp bolt over 5mm to center it on the portion of the rod that is being clamped. The other half of the holder is solid and serves as a positive location for the rods. I decided not to remove the clamp feature, thinking that the holes for the rods might wear out over time. REVISION: I moved the limit switch location forward to take advantage of the extra Y clearance. My Z column is 143.5mm from the back.
