This is a case for a standard power supply, which can be attached to an AM8 (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2263216) aluminium 2020 extrusion frame.The larger part covers the bottom screw terminal of the PSU, the second parts fixes the PSU to the right vertical beam.I designed the bracket to use one of the PCB screw holes, because on my unit the top most mounting hole has stripped threads.Additional parts required:Power supply using standard hole pattern and size: e.g. https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B084QXJP44Power socket with switch: e.g. https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B01FQVM9EMCheck the pattern drawing if you are unsure about your hole pattern or PSU size. The depth of the PSU should be 53 mm.Nuts and bolts needed:3* M5 x ~8mm bolt3* M5 2020 slot nut2* M4 x ~10mm bolt2* M4 nut3* M3 x ~12mm boltSome washers if you use longer bolts Print Settings Rafts: NoSupports: YesResolution: 0.2mmInfill: ≥15%Filament: Any PLA / PETGNotes:For the larger bottom part, printing a small brim is recommended. The small clamp can be printed as is.For orientation, refer to the corresponding image. The big part requires infill for the large holes and the ledge. Print Preparation Remove all brims and burrs using a knife or deburring tool.Remove the supports from the larger part. Assembly Wire up the power socket, and leave min. 10 cm wires hanging off.Install the power socket into the bottom part using two M4 bolts and two M4 nuts.Thread the DC cables though the part, coming from the bottom.Thread both the DC cables and the socket/mains cables out of the top.Screw the loose cables into the correct screw terminals of the power supply.Slot the power supply into the part, coming from the top.Screw the PSU to the part using an M3 bolt, on the right side.Insert two slot nuts into the left vertical extrusion, on the inner side.Fix the backet part loosely to the extrusion using two M5 bolts and the slot nuts.Insert a slot nut into the bottom slot of the left horizontal extrusion, on the outside.Screw the PSU assembly to the bracket part using two M3 bolts.Slide the assembly down until the the slot nut coincides with the hole in the bottom partScrew the assembly to the horizontal extrusion using an M5 bolt and the slot nut.
