I've designed a custom Z brace that significantly reduces vibrations on the Z axis, making the entire assembly more rigid and stable. This ingenious design not only improves the stability of the Z axis but also adds an extra layer of sturdiness to the entire assembly. The left Z brace features precision-drilled holes for mounting the power supply, allowing for a clean and organized setup. To further enhance cooling performance, I've used small spacers to separate the power supply from its mounting surface, ensuring optimal airflow and heat dissipation on the back side of the power supply. On the right-hand Z brace, I've carefully mounted my electronics box, creating a sleek and efficient workspace that keeps all essential components within easy reach.
