This is my Electronics housing for the AM8 conversion for the Anet A8. It's designed to fit a slim 120mm 12v fan perfectly, with a housing that's modular and can be placed anywhere you like. To access the boards after everything is assembled, simply loosen the bolts holding the covers and slide them up and down - just remove the top cross bar first. The front and back are only 3mm thick, making it easy to fit in tight spaces. The housing attaches to the frame using the same method as the frame is assembled. Use M3 6mm self-tapping screws to attach the boards to the housings. I didn't include any sides so you can route cables however you want - a problem I had with my previous case. However, I did add wire tie-down spots on either side of the board mounts to keep your wires organized. There's also a cutout on both the cover and back plate of the mosfet housing for the x endstop and x motor wires. As the stock 10Pin LCD cable is a bit short, I've provided a link to a longer one on eBay - the stock will work if you place the mainboard at the bottom end and the mosfets above. Components: - Mosfet: You can find this on eBay by searching for "Mosfet". - Scythe Slip Stream Slim SY1212SL12H 120mm Case Fan: This fan is also available on eBay, search for "Scythe Slip Stream Slim SY1212SL12H 120mm Case Fan". - m3 tapping hex: You can find this on eBay by searching for "m3 tapping hex". - 10Pin 60cm LCD Ribbon Cable: This cable is also available on eBay, search for "10Pin 60cm LCD Ribbon Cable". - eBay: If you need to purchase any of these components, you can do so on eBay.
