AM8 (Anet A8) X Carriage Upgrade for Bowden Supports two models of 3D touch sensors: one in black and one in transparent (see pictures 2 and 3) Inspired by the 3displacement project, I extend my thanks to its creator at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3088060 I took this project as a starting point and made some key changes: * Added metal tube support * Integrated 3DTouch mount * Elevated hotend fixation by 25mm for added strength and alignment with guides * Made various cosmetic adjustments throughout Tested on an AM8. Compatibility with the stock A8 frame is unconfirmed. Be aware that using ABS is necessary to print this part, as PLA cannot withstand heat. Parts printed in ABS have been successfully tested at 240/90 without issues. The recommended distance from the nozzle head to the stock aluminum hotend maintainer is approximately 30mm, with a minimum of 26mm. The 3D Touch/Bltouch offset is set to 30mm on the X-axis and 0mm on the Y-axis. Feel free to edit the Freecad file as you see fit.
