Relocated boulder on private land near Alwinton, Northumberland, has been documented. A reference to this discovery can be found on the Beckensall Archive (BA) under the designation "Alwinton/Newton/Clennell Cottages 2." In 2008, NADRAP added this record to ERA. Team 3 describes their findings: Motifs include single cups and multiple ringed cups connected by intricate lines and grooves. The main motif consists of two cups surrounded by four rings, with intersecting grooves from other cups breaking the pattern at intervals. A distinct overall design is not apparent; instead, it appears that many additions or improvements were made as the original design eroded and faded over time. ERA and BA information can be accessed through https://archaeologydataservice.ac.uk/era/section/panel/overview.jsf?eraId=1152. A 3D model was created from six stereo pairs captured by Joe Gibson of NADRAP Team 3 in May 2006. This imagery is part of the comprehensive NADRAP archive deposited with Historic England and Northumberland County Council.
