Alveo filter case

Alveo filter case

This sleek case is specifically designed for Alveo's 3D printer filter. You can easily use either the filter included in the kit or any other compatible 120mm fan you have on hand. I successfully mounted it using a push&pull setup with two industrial fans. These filters are engineered to be highly efficient with a specific airflow rate, roughly equivalent to that of the stock fan. When using different fans, make sure to adjust their speed to maximize filter performance. Keep in mind that most PC fans will be quieter but may struggle to push air through this dense filter. To assemble this project, you'll need to print the following parts: 1x Filter-box.part-1.STL 1x Filter-box.part-oring.STL 8x Filter-box.lock.STL to secure the two halves 1x or 2x Filter-box.seal.STL in TPU, depending on your fan setup The seal between the two halves is a 3mm o-ring typically included in the AlveoONE kit. Use M4 nuts and screws to install your fan(s).
