Aluprofile vibration damper
thingiverse
The Customized Vibration Dampener for Aluminum Profiles is designed to work seamlessly with the Anet A8 Bowden Upgrade. When printing, the settings include a Simplify configuration that ensures precise control over every aspect of the process. To begin, the temperature is set at 245 degrees Celsius, providing an optimal environment for the material to extrude smoothly. The speed of the print head is also carefully calibrated at 2800 millimeters per minute, allowing for a rapid and efficient printing experience. In terms of cooling, a customized strategy is employed to regulate heat dissipation throughout the print process. Starting with the first layer, no cooling is applied to prevent warping or deformation of the material. However, as the print progresses to the 20th layer, a moderate level of cooling (30%) is introduced to maintain a stable temperature and promote even adhesion. Finally, by the time the print reaches the 40th layer, full cooling capacity is engaged at 100% to solidify the material completely and prevent any potential issues with warping or sagging. This multi-faceted approach ensures that every printed part meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
