Alunar M508 Strain relief bracket for heated bed cable
thingiverse
I still use my trusty Alunar M508 from time to time, and the zip-tie-through-hole-in-bed method of strain relief for the heated bed cable had to go. So I designed this strain relief. I used two mounting points to keep it from rotating around. To install, remove bed from sled. Temporarily remove the left-rear 4mm screw from the bearing block. Install the strain relief, then loosely re-install the 4mm screw. Use the long 3mm bed screw to align the mount (ensure it goes all the way through), then fully tighten the 4mm bearing block screw to lock the strain relief down. Place two small zip ties in the slots, as shown in the pictures. Install the wiring bundle in the 90 degree slot and use zip ties to hold it down.
