Aluminum U Channel Angled Clip

Aluminum U Channel Angled Clip

I am installing custom under cabinet lighting in my kitchen, powered by two ESP-32 microcontrollers. I bought aluminum U-channel from Amazon but didn't like the glare it created on the countertop. So, I started searching for clips to angle the U-channel but couldn't find anything suitable. Then, I stumbled upon bratan's clip, which wasn't wide enough or angled correctly. Ultimately, I took that design and modified it to incorporate variables and parameters for every aspect of the clip. This version isn't super tight, so the U-channel fits snugly into place when pressed. The clips are loose enough to slide onto the U-channel but still provide a satisfying snap when they're pushed in. Here are links to the U-channel I'm using and my Fusion 360 project: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B072W186LK https://a360.co/36sG40o
