We're using Andymark am-0096a hubs attached to 1" aluminum tubing for a throwing arm on our FRC robot and were worried (perhaps unnecessarily) about the strength where bolts pass through the tubing, so we built this. It fits neatly inside 1" tubing with 1/16" walls. The OpenSCAD file allows you to customize it however you like! Print Settings Printer: Monoprice i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 1mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing This one was printed with a round shaft hole because our original didn't really match up well with the specs, so the shaft won't grip this insert.
