Want your aluminum extrusion structure to slide better, protect the floor below, or sit more level? These feet can be printed from TPU to provide a more compliant, soft bottom. I designed these for my desk and new 3d printer workbench, constructed of 2020 and 3030 series extrusions.

There's also a hole for an M5 screw if you want to fasten it to the extrusion (although it does stay on pretty well without a screw too)

There are different feet for 2020 and 3030 series extrusions

Recommended Print Settings:

Material: TPU (I just used some old Inland TPU I had)

Temperature: 225, 60 (may vary depending on brand)

Top/Bottom Layers: 4

Walls: 4

Infill: 30%, lines (you can adjust this to make them stiffer or squishier)

Print Speed: 10-15 mm/s*

*slow speed is very important to having TPU print well because it is squishy/stretchy!
