Aluminum Extrusion Drill Guide

While building my CNC machine, I had to drill through several extrusions that were already mounted in place. A detailed guide helped me get the job done efficiently. This comprehensive guide features five different drill sizes: 2mm, 3mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, and 5mm. By starting with smaller drills and gradually moving up to larger ones, you can achieve precise results on a variety of extrusions with standard 20mm slot spacing. The guide is printed in two parts that are easily assembled using two M5-.8 X 15mm screws. Once assembled, the device can be securely fastened onto the extrusion using drop-in T-nuts and additional M5-.8 X 15mm screws. To purchase the drill bits I used, I visited eBay.
