I've got a aluminum plate (http://reprap.org/wiki/PCB_Heatbed/Aluminium_Bed_Mount_Plate/Borosilicate_glass#Aluminum_Plate) and sometimes when leveling the bed, I turn the screw but also the nut at the bottom turns with it. However, using this nut holder in each corner of the plate prevents the nut from turning again. The nut is positioned 5.5 mm away from each edge of the corner plate. The aluminum plate is 2.7 mm thick.
