New filament reels are now filled right up to the edges with no extra borders to keep the filament in place on the reel. A lot of my prints were getting tangled and aborted due to filament coming off the reel and getting twisted. So I designed a reel guard and filament guide all in one, which is fully adjustable for different widths of reels using the same bolts and nuts that come with eSun filament reels. This way, you won't have to rush out to buy additional parts like bolts and nuts. This design was created specifically for Aluminum Geetech Prusa i3 frames with 6mm thickness, and it's meant to sit on top of the frame under the reel if you remove and relocate the display.
