I just modified an originally great simple design by Hultis (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2909802) to fit an 80mm spool, removing some of the bottom part and adding a wide middle section. It prints standing flat without support needed. One screw with a t-nut is more than sufficient for stability. To complete the project, you'll need two pins from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2909802, as well as two 608 bearings.
