This is an upgraded aluminum build platform for Ultimaker 3D printers, measuring 6mm in thickness. It features a 2mm cut-out space to accommodate a RepRap PCB HBP. Included files are SolidWorks drawings, parts, and PDFs, as well as .stl formats. To construct this, obtain a 6mm aluminum plate (250 x 250mm) and mill the design using a standard or CNC mill. For securing the PCB, a tight fit is anticipated, with kapton or ceramic tape as an additional option. Alternative solutions include swivel brackets like picture frames or utilizing a 10mm plate with drilled and tapped holes aligned with PCB corner holes, secured by screws.
