This 3D printer design features a sturdy, boxed structure comprising of custom-made housings and brackets that need to be 3D printed initially. As my first version, it's not highly economical due to the incorporation of expensive aluminium 20x20 sections. However, its stability and rigidity are top-notch. I plan to update with a more budget-friendly design soon. The main assembly file is named "Full Aluminium assembly.SLDASM". Key components sourced from Grabcad include the E3D V6 1.75 hotend, flexible shaft coupler, Nema 17 stepper motor, LM8UU linear bearing, SKF 608 bearing, 8mm lead screw with nut.
