My client wanted to make the basement window lockable from above so that they can keep their flowers safe during the winter.The rail shown in the picture is not the one used for the structure! It's just for illustration. The type of rail used in reality (which I could not find similar to the illustration):"1 Paar Schwerlastauszug Vollauszug wahlweise SoftClose Schubladenschiene SOTECH"You can buy it on German Ebay.It is recommended to place a sealing material under the plexiglass.
