I designed a replacement cap for my worn-out 1-liter water bottle, as the original one would no longer tighten properly. The new thread is created in Fusion 360 and is 3/4 BSP. Measuring 26.3mm in metric, the actual printed thread diameter exceeds the original's 25.7mm by a significant margin. While the imperial measurement of 1" 1/8 remains consistent with the original, it's worth noting that the new design is slightly larger than its predecessor. Using Cura 4.4.1 and standard PLA settings on my Ender 3, I successfully sliced the model for printing.
