Aluminium 2020 3 wheeler carriage for Tevo Tarantula with stock hotend

I wanted a 3-wheeled carriage for my Tevo, but I didn't like any of the designs I saw, so I started working on one myself. My requirements were that it should be compatible with a stock printer and use the stock hardware present on the original carriage. To improve rigidity, I added three washers to the assembly. I began by printing with PLA, but it flexed under load for prolonged periods of time, especially when subjected to enclosure temperatures. This design addresses those issues by providing greater rigidity and durability in such conditions. In my final iteration, I chose ABS as the material after discovering that acrylic varnish is an excellent adhesive for preventing ABS parts from warping. I'm really happy with how it turned out and think it looks great too! I hope some of you find this interesting.
