Aluminatus TrinityOne Exit Duct
thingiverse
Incorrect Alibre file posted; updated on May 28, 2013. The design includes intake and exit ducts for hot-end cooling fan to combat ABS warping. However, the user will share the separate intake duct file later. Initially, a strong impinging blast from both front and back of the fan was experienced, but with installed ducts and self-healing silicone tape, no significant draft remains. For PLA prints, increased minimum loop time is necessary for controlled cooling fan implementation. Longer fan screws might be needed if the intake duct is used. The user will test ABS again soon using Triffid's suggestions. This print uses 0.2 mm layer height in KISSlicer.
