Aluminatus Trinity One Heated bed wire support
thingiverse
This mini clamp secures wires from the heated bed, as they would otherwise be held by merely the kapton heater. On my Aluminatus, this led to the kapton heater separating from the aluminum heat spreader. I successfully printed it using ABS at 0.3mm layer height and 33% infill without encountering any issues. To assemble it, you'll require two M3x6...M3x8 screws for clamping the parts together; the lower part features slightly smaller holes to eliminate the need for a nut. Use a tyrap to hold the wires in place. Position the clamp on the bed frame, adjusting it so that the wires beneath the bed run alongside the clamp's side and align with its U-shaped section.
