This is a brand new version of the bed corner plates and clamps designed to actually hold the glass firmly in place. Working in conjunction with my center support, they enable you to pull a bow out of the glass if needed, while also keeping the glass and spreader down when dealing with flat glass. Since the heat spreader and glass are stacked on the corners, they might want to shift slightly or not land at exactly the same height when taken off and reinstalled. This setup pulls them down and holds them more securely in place. These bed corners utilize the same side pieces as the other bed corners (F-300 and A-300). The moving side pieces that feature adjustable clips (A-300) are just snugly fitted to hold the glass perfectly in position. These clips are not intended to actually clamp the glass in tension; instead, they work in conjunction with the new hold down clamps to achieve this goal. This M5 screw provides a slight resistance when adjusted, making it easy to adjust the corner heights while keeping the glass in place. The adjusters can be moved up and down even with the clamps in position, allowing for precise control over the corner heights. I print these bed corners using ABS material, employing a .2mm layer height and 20-30% infill percentage. The screws that go into plastic only thread themselves easily with minimal pressure, providing enough resistance to stay put when adjusted.
