Aluminatus Corner Clamps With Height Adjuster & 1mm taller clamps
thingiverse
Remixing GKbeers' bed corners, I introduced two adjustable holes per corner, allowing you to insert a 5mm x .8 pitch bolt. Depending on your setup, use either the outer or inner hole; no additional hardware is needed as the bolt snugs tightly. The F-300 pieces are stationary and affixed to the rear and one side, while A-300 parts are adjustable and attached to the front and other side. I increased their height by 1mm for better glass contact and added a slight angle to aid with rounded edges. The text size of clamping parts is also enlarged for readability. Completing this setup requires (8) M3 x 16mm screws and hex nuts. To properly position the corners, attach two F-300 clamps and use a transfer punch to mark drilling locations before removing the corner. File the hole slightly if needed for optimal fit. Utilize Heli-coils for bed installation, secured with M5 x 8mm bolts and red loctite. If your print surface is larger than 300mm, shorten the clamp faces accordingly. Lastly, I smoothed the adjuster bolt ends on a belt sander and added kaptan tape for protection.
