These parts enable you to add cable chains to your TrinityOne Aluminatus. The Aluminatus Chain Mount & X End Stop provides something to attach the cable chain to and has two fasteners that prevent twisting. It also gives a more solid X-End Stop with a larger footprint, covering the entire hoop of the micro switch. The vertical tabs on each side ensure this part cannot rotate. A 5mm button head bolt goes through the Cable Chain end and the Chain Mount & X End Stop into the X carriage. A 3mm nut is inserted into another hole, trapped under the Chain Mount & X End Stop when assembled. This eliminates the need for a wrench to hold it in place. A 3mm button head bolt is used in the other hole of the cable chain end. The wires route around the extruder motor after being fastened with 2.5mm wide zip ties. It has two holes for mounting it to existing X Carriage holes using 3mm allen socket head bolts. Additional holes were added to use a separate mount between it and the motor, but this proved unnecessary. Holes are provided to zip tie down wires, as well as two round cutouts on the part that goes up for a wire management option. The X motor and X limit wires can pass through the bottom hole and join the Extruder wiring to continue on its path. The Aluminatus Open Chain End Z mounts to an upright using T slot nuts and 5mm button heads. Two holes are available to secure wires with a zip tie.
