Alternator - 3d Model, The alternator was built using 3DS Max 2011 software, specifically designed for working with subdivision modifier techniques. The subdivsion modifier is kept on in this 3d model to provide further flexibility and detailed options for altering levels of precision. Modifiable tools utilized include the Editable Poly, which grants access to more advanced geometry control and management features, such as the Turbo Smooth option at level two. Formats available for use: Default max format Default render poly - 438956 vertices- 223524 max 2016 V-ray format v3. Render polys - 488956 vertices - 223524 Convertible file types: Object (obj) files, C4D r9.5, .3ds files FBX and maya binary formats. Lightwave lwos from the lightwave 2015 system as well as softimage xsi formats compatible for the 2014 version were also incorporated.
