I redesigned the iconic Space Fanatics top, a popular creation on Thingiverse, with ID 1002024. Unfortunately, I encountered issues getting the original top and bottom parts to align seamlessly, resulting in a frustrating fit problem. To overcome this challenge, I remade the top piece from scratch, carefully optimizing its tolerances to ensure smooth assembly and precise alignment.
