This design serves as a viable alternative to the BMW X5 E70 Under Car Jack Support Pad, which often falls out of place and goes missing. Included in the STL file is a printable component that requires no support. A 6mm Fly Screen Rubber Spline can be inserted into the top rectangular channel to provide cushioning. The part was printed using ABS Filament, resulting in a weight of 127g under the following conditions: Layer Height: 0.1mm Shell Thickness: 0.8mm Bottom & Top thickness: 0.8mm Fill Density: 50% Print Temp: 240°C This design does not resemble the original part.
