Parts/materials required: - Casio W-800H-1 - 3d printed inner casing from FLEX filament - 3d printed outer casing from PLA filament - A 28mm x 28mm square piece of 2mm polycarbonate plexiglass - 22 mm watch band pins (and a watch band pin tool) - 20 mm NATO strap Optional: super glue Instructions: 1. Print the inner casing with FLEX. 2. Print the outer casing with PLA. 3. Place the plexiglass piece inside the PLA outer casing, remembering to remove plastic covers. Optional: If securing the plexiglass in place is desired, a few drops of super glue can be applied to the corners where it touches the outer casing. 4. Attempt to fit the inner casing inside the outer casing with the plexiglass already in place. This requires a tight fit and may necessitate trimming of the side buttons. 5. Disassemble the Casio watch by removing screws from its backside, carefully preserving both the screws and the back plate for reassembly purposes. 6. Place the watch mechanism inside the inner casing and test whether the buttons function as expected. If not, remove the mechanism and attempt to trim more of the inner casing until a proper fit is achieved, then reinsert the mechanism and test the buttons once again. 7. Once everything is working in harmony, take the back plate and secure it in place using the Casio screws provided. There are designated holes for these screws to ensure a smooth reassembly process. 8. Utilize the watch band pin tool to install the 22 mm watch band pins in their respective positions. 9. Complete the assembly by attaching the NATO strap.
