Alternative part cooling fan duct for Geeetech A10. Supplied fan, in my opinion, is woefully inadequate. Standard 24V 40x40x20 fan paired with this duct has proven itself to be a superior solution for me. In the provided blender file, there are three distinct objects that can be manipulated according to your needs and ultimately combined into a single part using boolean->union before exporting it as an STL. When printing with ABS, consider increasing the part size by 0.5% (multiply all dimensions by 1.005) to account for ABS shrinkage. The bottom section of this duct exhibits minimal bridging issues when working with ABS filament, rendering internal support unnecessary and reducing the risk of blockages that can be caused by attempting to remove them. To assemble this part, first tap holes in the fan and mount it to its original position using longer screws on the bottom and shorter ones on top. Then secure the fan to the duct with M3 25mm bolts and washers.
