Alternative CraftBot+ Extruder (J-Head hot end)

This is an upgraded hotend for the Craftbot. This new hotend boasts a Dual Gear system, outperforming its original counterpart in every way. The cooling system has been optimized with a turbine fan that efficiently cools the filament as it's being extruded. I've printed everything using PLA, but ABS proves to be even better. With this project, you can expect significantly improved cooling of the extruded filament and enhanced filament dragging (no more clogs). Using this hotend, I'm able to print PLA at lower temperatures (180 ° C) with uniform heat distribution, thanks to the single-piece nozzle and heating block design. The only drawback is that you'll need to reduce your printing area to 240 (X) * 180 (Y) * 200 (Z). Here's what you'll need to purchase: 1- Dual Gear extruder - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PGP3FPK/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 2 - Teflon tube - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07JDWDRV4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 3 - Hotend - https://www.ebay.com/itm/Assembled-Peek-J-head-hotend-for-bowden-extruder-RepRap-Prusa-Mendel-3d-printer/271466218447?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&var=570315511089&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 4 - Fan 5015 - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N9ZMRUR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 You'll also need to swap out the original extruder backplate with a printed one. There are two reasons for this: first, the part is designed specifically to fit this hotend and is optimized for mounting on Craftbot's motor holder; second, it's designed for attaching the filament fan. At the start of each G-code file, you'll need to input these two strings: M5001 X9.01 E2.5954 Z2.0 M1202 X240 Y180 The first string reduces the print area (remember to print Endostop_Y for reduced Y-axis play), while the second sets the correct step for the extruder motor.
