Alternate base for 4 Axis Robotic Arm
thingiverse
I loved the 4 axis arm, however I needed to make some adjustments to the base part. When printed, the original didn't actually fit under the top base part. So I modified it to fit, and removed the external screw down points. It also had no cable holes (??) so I added one of those. After another print, I realised that the columns meant for the screws holding the stepper were waaaaaay to weak. So I updated that part to have a more robust design. Note; the .STL has this full height, the pictures were taken when I only used a half height mounting point. #### TL;DR This version fits, is stronger than original and includes some tweeks to make it more useable.
