I've adapted the "Raspberry and Raspicam mount for Ultimaker 2" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:440248) to secure it directly onto the Raspberry Case available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:209100, improving upon its earlier version which utilized a loose clipping mechanism. This remixed design utilizes the same bolts as those found on the Raspberry case for a more solid connection.
