Here is a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:451253. Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=451253. Instructions: Using the following settings: Wire diameter is set at 7 mm. Speaker hole diameter is fixed at 80 mm. Box width ratio stands at 1.4 to length. Box depth is exactly 1 times the length. Box height ratio to length is a multiple of 1.1. A single wire terminal is being used for connection purposes. Driver frequency response peak, or F3, reaches 73 Hz. For terminals with single wire hole: Four screw holes will be created around the box. X-coordinate offset for port positioning is zeroed out. Location of ports chosen to reside at back end. Speaker mounting holes will have a diameter of 3.25 mm. Size of terminal screws remains constant, as specified, at 10 mm in diameter. Size of terminals' mounting screws follows that with an equivalent of 3.25 mm. Ports for output can range up to 100mm from top, depending on settings used within customization process. Driver compliance or quality Q value measured to be approximately .68 for this configuration's tuned box volume, also defined by quality number (Q). For the internal diameter measurement, take it as being equivalent of twenty millimeters when in relation to calculated total volume values determined internally within algorithm and formula applied according both port and internal volume space calculation parameters such that they do produce highest sound reflection factor at frequency specified before hand through F3 resonance measurement method explained.
