All components are precisely laser-cut and designed to slot together before welding at strategic points for optimal strength. The shape has been optimized for adequate load support, with FEA studies determining required welding locations and safety factors. Bend support plates, combining triangular and hexagonal shapes, enhance stiffness. This design set saves approximately 40% of weight compared to baseline S275JR steel and includes five identical supports for all members, with separate brackets for battery box mounts. Estimated manufacturing cost is €1150. FEA studies ensure optimal strength and weight savings while adhering to design space limitations.
