Alstom and GrabCAD have presented an interesting challenge: redesign the structural support of the Metropolis metro underframe (https://grabcad.com/challenges/redesign-the-structural-support-of-the-metropolis-metro-underframe). ALSTOM SS 05 is composed entirely of S355 steel, featuring a rectangular profile of 100x50x4mm and another smaller one of 120x60x3mm in between, along with two small UPN 100 pieces. The battery box supports come from ALSTOM as well, with a total mass of 23.89 kg. Have fun and good luck!
