I've attempted to replicate the number row keycap from my Apple Extended keyboard for testing printing with PETG, painting keycaps, and conducting some experiments. Two base Fusion 360 models are available for modification and learning purposes, along with three STL variations. - The apple model features a 0.5mm hole. - An alternative apple model has an 0.8mm hole to accommodate more paint while preserving the relief. - A standard keycap design without the apple is also included. Pros: It works effectively. Cons: The keycaps appear slightly larger, preventing them from being placed side by side, and the profile seems distinct for both visual inspection and finger feel. However, the quality meets my expectations. I print with support in PLA or PETG without encountering any issues; removing supports is effortless. Share your creations, particularly if you're using an SLA printer, as I don't have access to one.
