Alpina Bike Helmet Closure Ratchet

This is a replacement closure for Alpina Bike Helmets. The part cannot be distributed to customers because its manufacturer classifies it as Personal Protective Equipment. Therefore, if the part breaks, you will need to send in the entire helmet. A few minutes of modeling and printing later... If possible, print this part in Nylon. You will achieve a great combination of flexibility and durability. PLA (as I did) also works, but it tends to be slightly too rigid. Update: Just printed this part using TPU (Innofil/BASF Innoflex 60A). It turned out to be perfect. The ratchet functions well. The edges are softer (if they come into contact with skin), and the part is quite durable.
