A firmware file can be found on the Gearbest website: https://www.gearbest.com/blog/download/alfawise-u20-one-3d-printer-firmware-pack-7293. Executing the Gcode file allows you to modify parameters. I modified this file to introduce my own parameters, and it's attached in the Thing Files section. I've also attached an STL file for an adapter that lets you use a threaded rod of 8 inches with the spool holder provided. This adapter enables you to mount larger spools of filament.
