Alphabet Stencil
thingiverse
Tired of cardboard stencils that tear apart at the slightest touch and can only be used once before they're ruined by the adhesive. That's why I've created a set of durable plastic stencils that you can reuse time after time. These 3" x 3" x 1/8" sized tiles are numbered from A to Z, making it easy to keep track of each one. To store them safely, I designed a sturdy box with a secure lid that's labeled as an Alphabet Stencil Kit. To ensure the lid stays firmly in place, I added some extra reinforcement. Here are the print settings I used: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator Mini Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None needed Infill: 50% or higher for maximum rigidity Notes: For best results, I recommend using an infill of at least 50%. This will give the stencils the extra strength they need to withstand repeated use. It's also essential to print them flat on the platform to preserve all the details. To prevent the edges from deforming, make sure to print the top of the stencil box upside down.
