3D-printed RC model coaxial micro heli v_01.Created in Onshape free ver.Basics:Rotor dia. about 420 mm ( 4 pcs of 1/3 of one meter carbon rod for rotor bandage )Weight about 275 gr.Some small uninportant imperfections in symmetry of model observed after 1 st print, but with no influence for propper function. For better resul split to left half and mirror again.Clearences set for 0.4 dia. nozzle.PLA material used for printed parts.Frame parts infill set set for appr. 5 mm grid, wall thickness about one perimeter, Bottom thickness 0,15 initial layer plus two 0,1mm layers - tm. 0.45mm.Blades are printed in set of all 8 with special supporst with 100 pct infill.Other mostly mechanique parts are print with appr 4 to 5 mm grid infill and two perimeter wall thickness, top and bottom total thickness is abot 0,6 mm.Rods are made of carbon epoxy laminate or glass epoxy. Tail tube is carbon epoxy.Accu 2S LiPol about 600 to 800 mAh.Gyro has to be connected to airelon output of reciever via V-tail cable.Head is driven via V-tail or delta mix by cable or set in transmitter.The result after first test is that it can hover at appr 70 to 75 ptc of throttle wihtout 22g weight of gyro.Now I am waiting for V-tail cable to test it with gyro again. ( test with direct connection of gyro to one throthle output with mix in transmitter had bad results nad seems to be dangerous because of unexpected behaviorur of gyro driven rotor.
