In the year 2039, groundbreaking advancements in energy storage and propulsion were made. A billion-dollar project resulted in a new capacitor type with an astonishing energy density of 1MWh/dm^3. Additionally, a highly advanced circular magnetoplasmadynamic thruster (cMPD) entered practical stages. This technology accelerates hydrogen atoms almost to the speed of light, utilizing relativistic mass dilatation for efficient propulsion. In 2040, a prototype was built in collaboration with Makerbot Industries, surpassing expectations during its first flight. Subsequently, consumer products hit the market, leading to rapid expansion into three-dimensional traffic. After two decades, massive autonomous cargo ships embarked on a journey to Mars for large-scale terrafomation, marking the beginning of a new era for humankind. Tommylin from Thingiverse recently 3D printed a related design, available at this link: http://www.thingiverse.com/derivative:56316.
