This is my gearbox for a NWSD Scattergun TRX4 rail. It has 20% overdrive in the front and is designed for small motors (540, Outrunner, Stubby's) and requires the following to finish: M2 screws (12mm) + 12mm brass spacer to hold the spur in place M2.5 screws (8mm) to hold the plates onto the skid 5x4x11mm bearings 10-14t pinion Output shafts from a TRX4 transfer case Normal mounting hardware for the skids You need plenty of walls to keep it structural. At least 3 walls for the gears and PLA has proven to be fine.
