ALMOST FREE PRINT SAMPLE - MARINE - WATERTIGHT 220MM ACCESS HATCH DOOR THIS UNIT USE A DOUBLE THREAD DESIGN, CREATED AND OPTIMISED FOR 3D PRINTING. If your printer does not have the capabilities to print using elastic filament, you can fill up with silicone the gasket chanel, going above edge with 4-5mm, then mount the cover on position, however, not all the way... keep it 2mm above lock position! Before assembling apply a layer of wax or grease - so the silicone will not adhere to the cover surface. Let it dry for few hours! After silicon is dry... test to see if the cover will lock nicely on position! If you are not happy with the result, remove the silicone and restart... changing the parameters of this operation until you get a good result!
