Almont Re-Key Padlock Driver Pin Tool

I had to get the driver pins back in an old Alomnt padlock so I put this together. It needs a bent piece of music wire to keep the pins in place. You can see the wire I used in the picture. To do it: Put springs into lock body. Get driver pins into tool. Push tool into lock so that the pins don't line up with body holes. Turn tool to line everything up. Insert wire into tool and use it to push pins into their holes. Some jiggles may be needed. Clip wire over lock body and hold it so it won't come out. Pull out tool, reinsert plug. Done.
