I'm done with dealing with spools that don't fit snugly and rock or jerk because they're not held securely on the spool holders due to different-sized holes in the center. If you have suggestions or requests for changes, let me know. The tolerance for the base and mate is 0.1mm, which is deliberate, and it will be very stiff when you first try to thread it on as you work it down, it will smooth out the jagged edges from the 0.2 layer height and run very smoothly. I can spin mine all the way off or on with a single twist. The version uploaded works well, but I'm making a one-sided stand to make getting it off and on easier. The current spool holder will fit the new stand. I don't normally ask for this, but feel free to toss a buck my way; I burned almost an entire roll of filament developing and perfecting these. 30/07/18 - Added updated version (2.1) of single-arm heavy-duty to include a tab at the rear to reduce forward sliding on wobbly tables. 08/04/18 - Added revised more finger-friendly version of the spool holder mate. 04/04/18 - Added slightly thicker version of the heavy-duty single-side spool holder, 5mm thicker on the spool holder arm. 19/03/18 - Added heavy-duty version of single-side spool holder for users with bigger-than-1kg loads. The whole thing uses about 60m of filament. 13/03/18 - Added single-side holder.
