I required a tool to straighten some Copper and alloy bundy tubing. searching online i found various deisgns but nothing suited my needs completely and i needed to do multiple sizes. So i designed this tool and 3d printed them. all working 100 percent. The wheels use a common "608" Roller Bearing. The wheels are designed to simply press in the 608 bearings in a small press or you could do them in a bench vice. The Bolts used were from Bunnings Hardware and are a M8x40mm Carriage Bolt They are sold individually or in a box of 25 With Nuts I also added washers to the nut side of the brackets. You will need to print 3x of the bracket files and 9x of the wheels I printed the wheels as a set of 9x laying down on the one print bed and took approx 4 hours The brackets are printed standing up with all support turned on and you can simply pop the supports out the holes after printing. The brackets take approx 4 hours each The files are listed as per size of tubing (1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8") Bracket And Roller Files
